Montana has some of the Lower 48s best wildlife viewing opportunities. The state’s vast mountain wilderness areas are home to grizzlies, moose, mountain goats, bighorn sheep, and every other iconic denizen of the Rockies, while the eastern Big Sky plains are the home of pronghorns, hawks, and diverse reptile species. I’m looking forward to getting back to Montana in the next few years and spending more time enjoying its nature.
