Thoughts on the Coming New Year
I don’t want to jinx 2022. Maybe I can say good luck to everyone on the coming new year.
Keep your ambitions high. Help when asked or when it seems needed. Compete only against yourself or those that bring out the best in you in a positive way. Offer good words of encouragement and advice, and do your best. Put in the legwork to give yourself the best chance to succeed. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Take some chances. Listen critically and research things on your own. Try to eject the word ‘no’ from your responses as often as you can. Don’t wall yourself off to people or ideas. Reach out now and then.
